The Boomi Co-operative is a not for profit convenience store run by friendly and knowledgable volunteers. There is everything you could need, plus a mail & delivery point. They are only to happy to help you find your way around.

The store provides a mix of groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables and some hardware and automotive products. It also has a sandwich bar and a cappuccino machine. The shop is proving very popular, with patrons including residents of the town and surrounding district, pool users, road and infrastructure workers, truck drivers and passing traffic.
